Return Policy

My greatest hope is that you are absolutely thrilled with your new jewelry. However, if you are not satisfied with the jewelry or it just doesn’t fit or look the way you’d envisioned, I get it! 

All items are guaranteed against defect, but if the piece comes back to me abused I might have to charge you to fix it. I judge this on a case by case basis. Please take care of your jewelry, it will last a really long time if you do.

If you purchase a piece & decide you are not satisfied for some reason, then I would be happy to exchange it for another piece plus you pay shipping within 30 days. I am a small business so you can understand why I don’t do refunds.

Ship all returns or exchanges to the address below. Please take care to package your jewelry carefully in a box or bubble wrap shipping envelope to avoid damages during shipment. Feel free to use the original box or packaging if it is still sturdy. I am not responsible for lost packages or damages to jewelry during shipment when items are sent for repair or return. Please do not send me jewelry in a regular letter envelope with a stamp, as the mail system machinery will cause damages to the jewelry.
